E-Ticket
PineBI Ticket refers to the electronic ticket created in the form of a document to be sent to the recipient via electronic means.
PineBI Electronic Ticket has started to be used in intercity and international passenger transportation by land and sea. In addition, road passengers will be able to organize the electronic passenger list with the PineBI E-Ticket service.
Taxpayers will be able to use the E-Ticket Application in two ways: through their own data processing systems or through the private integrator data processing system that has received E-Ticket permission from the Presidency.
WHO CAN SWITCH TO E-TICKETING?
All businesses that currently issue tickets on paper can issue tickets electronically and switch to the E-Ticket application. They can transmit these to their customers electronically and keep these tickets electronically for at least 10 years in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.

e-Ticket Process
Electronic tickets; It is essential that it is organized in an electronic environment, transmitted through electronic means and media, including the internet, stored and presented.
However, if requested by the addressee, taxpayers who have obtained permission will deliver their electronic tickets on paper from their headquarters, branches and agencies.
In case of a paper printout, it does not need to be signed and stamped by the head office, branch or agency. If requested by the addressee, travel companies that have permission to issue electronic tickets will sign the electronic tickets with a financial seal or secure electronic signature and deliver them via electronic means and media.
Electronic Tickets must be delivered to the passenger in a paper printable format. Electronic tickets and electronic passenger lists must be uploaded to the GIB system by the taxpayer or private integrator by the end of the day following the day they are issued.
